A complete and portable 4k video production package for videotaping interviews, seminars, lectures, presentations as well as any other event you would like to preserve. Package includes camera, wireless lavalier and lighting. Presenter video as well as their content (Powerpoint) can be captured. Additional production tools available at request, complex recordings may require an additional fee.

We bring in technology to support your event in places that may have little to no technology. Or, if the space has technology, but you’d rather let the experts run your event, we can help. Our services span across campus in addition to off-campus locations. Larger support events may require an extra fee, and in all cases, a consultation is required before confirmation.

A versatile, multi-camera portable production studio. This unit can be deployed anywhere (on- or off-campus) to record your conference, high-profile lecture or special event with professional-looking results. Featuring up to 6 HD cameras, this unit has worked to stream Presidential Addresses, the ISU Fashion Show, and other conferences and events. Stream to YouTube, Facebook Live, or any other service – or record your event for editing and trimming later. This unit requires advanced setup time and a consultation before booking confirmation.

$96/hr Alliant Energy - Lee Liu Auditorium

The Alliant Energy - Lee Liu Auditorium is a state of the art auditorium that features high-definition projection, recording, web-conferencing, and video telepresence. Subject to availability, this space is available at no charge to CoE departments (local projection and audio only) from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Otherwise, a technician is provided for a fee.

Free Howe Hall Atrium

The Howe Hall Atrium is an open space where large meetings, luncheons, and expositions are often held. The space is available at no cost.
Additional services, such as a wireless microphone system or a large projection screen and projector are available for a fee. In these cases, a technician will be present during your event to ensure your event runs smoothly.Please note, use of the atrium can be denied if the event may interfere with nearby classes. Student Organizations should also complete an Event Authorization.
